Joseph Cecil Consulting offers transformation consulting to guide organisational change, Agile and Lean skills training, and coaching to apply those practices in your projects and context.

 

  • Identify: Discover questions, issues, and what needs to change via pilot teams. Identify the candidate – both from business and projects.

  • Engage: Launch Agile Team and empower them through Agile training supported by internal coaching, infrastructure, and collaboration.

  • Act: Deliver outcome and adopt what works – within internal team and external team. Highlight areas where tweaks are required.

  • Accelerate: Accelerate Agile Adoption for other projects and teams using the pilot project as a role model. Start and keep continuous learning and Continuous Improvement.
